Withdrawal Information for Consumers

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, you must inform us—NEWAYS Management und Beratungs GmbH, Reiherweg 14, Priel, 9431 Wolfsberg, Austria, email: info@getskald.ai—of your decision by an unambiguous statement. You may use the model form below or the electronic function at /withdraw, but neither is mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We generally use the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed. No reimbursement fees are charged.

Early performance

For services whose immediate start you expressly requested, a reasonable amount is payable for services supplied up to withdrawal. For Skald Plus this particularly takes account of Skald EU allowance consumed before receipt of withdrawal relative to the allowance provided. For services, the right expires only after full performance and only where statutory conditions are met.

Independently, NEWAYS voluntarily grants a full refund for Skald Plus while no Skald EU processing has consumed any allowance. The first allowance charge ends only this voluntary promise; the statutory right of withdrawal and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Digital content

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may expire when performance begins if you previously expressly agreed to the immediate start, acknowledged the loss of the right and received the legally required contract confirmation on a durable medium.

This information applies only to consumer contracts. Purchases genuinely made by businesses in the course of business do not carry the statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
