Retention
Temporary Skald EU artifacts are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Usage and cost metadata is retained for 365 days and audit evidence for 730 days, subject to legal and security exceptions.
Contracts
Skald provides the legally required contractual, privacy, withdrawal, purchase, and payment information. Additional security documentation, DPA materials, technical and organizational measures, questionnaires, or supporting evidence can be requested as needed at security@getskald.ai.
